Open Attorney Positions:

Trial Lawyer with a minimum of 5+ years in practice with general business and labor employment experience.

Transactional Lawyer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in practice with business and corporate transactions experience including strong contract development and negotiation skills.

Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in purchase and sale transactions, land use, environmental and title analysis. We welcome lawyers with a book of business looking to expand their practice and skills.

Open Staff Positions:

We have a unique staff position available for a person with marketing and finance experience. Familiarity with current technology is a plus. The position requires a wide variety of skill sets to assist each department in our firm. We welcome resumes from detail-oriented individuals who can work with little supervision and are motivated, professional, reliable and familiar with Word and Outlook. A four-year degree and law office experience preferred. Good salary/benefits package and excellent work environment.
