Andrew Ross is a senior attorney at Varner & Brandt where he primarily handles employment litigation. He has defended and settled numerous wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and excessive executive compensation cases. As a member of Varner & Brandt’s litigation team, Andrew’s interest in unique legal issues has involved him in a wide variety of other legal matters in both State and Federal court, including defending Proposition 65 claims, prosecution of eminent domain actions, defending disability access claims, obtaining injunctive relief barring solicitors from private retail property, and defending business clients against collection claims by both banks and private creditors.
