Mackensie V. Peace is a corporate and transactional attorney in Varner & Brandt’s Riverside office. Mackensie practices in the areas of corporate and business law, contracts, and mergers & acquisitions.
Mackensie received her MBA and law degree with double emphases in business law and taxation law from Chapman University. In law school, Mackensie was awarded the Taxation Law Honors Scholarship two years in a row, served as the Corporations Law fellow, and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team. She also received CALI awards for having the highest grade in multiple law courses. Mackensie clerked at Varner & Brandt for two and a half years prior to becoming an attorney.
Mackensie completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Aging and a minor in Business Administration. She was also a member of the track and cross country teams at USC.
Mackensie enjoys spending her free time snowboarding, sailing, and eating sushi.
