Eugenia I. Chiang is an attorney in business litigation, labor and employment at Varner & Brandt’s Riverside office. She represents clients in all phases of litigation for business, employment and other civil litigation matters. Eugenia has successfully defended corporate clients in first-party insurance defense in both state and federal courts, including bad faith and ERISA claims. She has also litigated medical malpractice and complex insurance coverage issues.
Eugenia obtained her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 2001. While in law school she was on the International & Comparative Law Review Journal. Eugenia is also fluent in spoken Mandarin.
When not practicing law, Eugenia enjoys taking her teenage daughter to the theatre and out for long drives.
