Ms. Wise focuses her practice in the areas of trial practice, labor and employment and resolution of business disputes. Her experience not only includes handling business and employment disputes but also advising businesses on various legal matters. Ms. Wise has represented clients before the Labor Board and the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board. She also has helped clients in various disputes including assisting with the pursuit of a trade secret jury trial which resulted in a verdict in excess of one-half million dollars for her client. Ms. Wise is a former extern to the Honorable Ming W. Chin of the California Supreme Court.
