Keith A. Kelly

For nearly twenty years Mr. Kelly has lived, attended school and practiced law in the Inland Empire. He is a partner in the firm’s civil litigation department. His primary practice area includes federal and state Labor and Employment Law, though he also has extensive experience handling business and real estate litigation. Mr. Kelly’s practice includes both federal and state trial experience as well as federal, state and administrative appellate work. Mr. Kelly has experience representing employers in complex litigation-class actions and unfair business practices, including wage and hour class actions. Mr. Kelly represents employers in employment related matters including preventative legal counseling and guidance, wage and hour auditing and classification, harassment prevention/ investigation, and navigating disability/worker’s compensation requirements as well as drafting employment policies.

In addition to his extensive federal and state court litigation, Mr. Kelly appears before most state agencies on behalf of employers. He also handles any necessary appellate reviews for his clients. Mr. Kelly has been a guest lecturer at the University of California at Riverside and the Riverside County Bar Association on labor and employment issues and is a member of both the California and American Bar Associations’ Labor and Employment Sections. Mr. Kelly has conducted training for employers in all areas of employment law, specifically sexual harassment/discrimination law as well as wage and hour law.

Mr. Kelly’s clients range from individuals to companies in the retail, manufacturing, financial service and technology industries. He is admitted to practice before all four United States District Courts in California as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Mr. Kelly currently resides in Moreno Valley with his lovely, school-teacher wife and three beautiful children.
